Pricing FAQs
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and checks. Payment is due at the time of service for daycare and grooming, or at check-out for boarding stays.
Do daycare packages expire?
10-day packages must be used within 2 months of purchase, 20-day packages within 4 months, and 30-day packages within 6 months. This ensures consistent socialization for your dog and helps us manage group sizes effectively.
What is your cancellation policy?
For grooming appointments, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the grooming cost. For boarding, a no-show will be charged one night's boarding fee per dog. Daycare has no cancellation fee.
Are prices listed before or after tax?
All prices listed are before applicable sales tax. Minnesota sales tax will be added at the time of payment. A credit card surcharge also applies to card payments.

How does multi-dog pricing work?
Your first dog is charged the standard rate. For boarding, each additional dog from the same household gets 15% off — applied automatically, no coupon needed. Daycare is charged at the standard per-dog rate. Just let us know at check-in.
Is there a charge for the first visit or temperament test?
There is no charge for an orientation! We provide the assessment free of cost. Visit our New Clients page for details on the process.
